Description
- Maintain and update HR systems and records (e.g. BreatheHR)
- Support recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and compliance checks
- Coordinate induction, probation, and appraisal processes
- Assist with payroll input and benefits administration
- Help deliver wellbeing initiatives and staff events
- Support policy updates, HR reporting, and compliance
- Provide admin support to the Director of HR and respond to staff queries
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, and onboarding
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident use of HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Experience in a charity, faith-based or membership setting (desirable)
Job Offer
- Salary of 30,000 - 35,000 (Full Time Equivalent)
- Fixed-term contract with potential opportunities for development.
- 0.6 FTE (3 days/week) with flexible working
