Reds10 is ahighly succesful, ambitious andfast paced, construction company looking for an HR Advisor to join our team for a 6 month FTC.

Based in London Bridge you will be joining a small team playing a crucial role in enhancing our employee experience, managing employee relations anddriving continuousHR improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Maintain HR systems, documentation, and data confidentiality.
Key Skills:
- CIPD qualified with strong UK employment law knowledge.
- Proven experience incomplex employee relations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands effectively.
