Job Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support and advice to department managers and supervisors.
  • Assist with worker relations issues like disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Support change management, including restructures and TUPE processes.
  • Ensure accurate HR and payroll data and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
  • Promote equality and a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Person Specifications
Must Have
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of employment law principles.
  • Experience in general HR roles and worker relations matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Nice to Have
  • CIPD qualification or currently studying towards it.
  • Experience with change initiatives.
