Our client is seeking a full-time, permanent HR Analyst who will be reporting into the Senior HR Associate. This is a Generalist role spanning the entire employee life cycle for employees across 6 jurisdictions.

Description
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth employee transitions, including background checks, visa monitoring, and exit interviews, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
- Reporting: Maintain HR data and reports, support cross-functional insights, and assist with compensation and benefits benchmarking.
- Recruitment: Support hiring processes by liaising with recruiters, drafting job descriptions, and scheduling interviews.
- Learning & Development: Assist with probation and appraisal tracking, and coordinate training aligned with regulatory and development needs.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update policies and processes, and respond to general HR queries.
- Integration & Inclusion: Promote company values and contribute to wellbeing and inclusion initiatives through active involvement in internal committees.
Profile
- Previous HR experience (2-3 years) in financial or professional services
- Good grasp of employment law
- Strong stakeholder management
- Confident communicator to engage and influence
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Organised and adaptable with a high attention to detail
- CIPD advantageous
