- Significant experience in senior HR or People Operations roles, preferably within a high-growth or international technology environment.
- Experience supporting legal and contractual functions and exposure to working in a Standalone proactive role
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategy, organisational design, and employee development.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance best practices.
