Description

An HR Business Partner to:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and teams within the organisation.
  • Lead on HR initiatives and projects, such as change management, engagement, well-being
  • Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives across
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee engagement and development.
  • Analyse HR data and produce reports to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in human resources within a charity or similar setting.
  • A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues effectively.
  • Experience with workforce planning and talent development strategies.
  • Proficiency in analysing HR metrics to support organisational decision-making.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
