We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing workforce and ensuring excellence in HR administration and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the full HR function

  • Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and issuing contracts

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (e.g., starters, leavers, absences)

  • Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters

  • Support with compliance checks including DBS, right to work, and referencing

  • Assist with training coordination and performance review processes

  • Respond to employee queries and escalate issues appropriately

  • Support wider HR projects and initiatives as needed

About You:

  • Previous experience in an HR or recruitment administrative role (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR software

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information

  • A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
