Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor.

To work with the HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive, pragmatic and customer focussed HR support, advice, and guidance to

managers (and where relevant, employees), working within appropriate human resources and service area strategies, plans and policies, to provide timely, accurate and

professional HR advice and guidance.

Knowledge and practical application of employment legislation.

CIPD Qualified to Level 5 or working towards Level 5 completion, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience of interpreting, analysing, and applying conditions of service, HR policies and employment legislation.

Experience of working with managers on employee relations issues e.g., sickness, discipline, grievance, redundancy, TUPE etc.

A proven track record as a HR generalist.

Good understanding of employee relations matters.

Experience of consultation with Trade Unions, collective groups and individuals in

change situations.
