My client is a leading real estate organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Europe where they specialise in managing and developing industrial property. They are recruiting for a HR Programme Management Officer based in their London office on a permanent contract.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be brought on to support the delivery of strategic HR programmes across the organisation. This role will ensure people and transformation initiatives are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned with business priorities.
Duties include:
- Leading on the design and delivery of individual projects and identifying internal and external resource requirements, engaging stakeholders and building the projects
- Managing key projects which include annual performance cycle, organisational reward cycle, talent reviews and renewal & re-tendering of HR benefits
- Providing oversight and quality assurance for existing HR policies and processes
- Creating a common framework and set of principles that sets the context for all People processes
- Ensuring roles and responsibilities for HR processes are clear across the organisation
- Building a prioritised road map for continuous improvements to HR process changes and leading the delivery of this
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a HR PMO, Programme Coordinator, or HR Project Manager role within a corporate setting
- Demonstrable experience supporting complex HR or business transformation programmes
- Project management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP) is desirable
- Strong digital proficiency
