Human Resources Officer – LondonType: Permanent | Full-TimeSalary: £45,000 - £53,000Location: London, hybrid working 3 days in the officeWe're recruitment for an experienced Human Resources Officer to become an integral part of a small, dynamic HR team supporting an established business in the insurance industry. If you're passionate about people, processes, and making a difference across an organisation, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to line managers
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and internal training coordination
  • Manage ER cases involving performance, absence, disciplinary matters, and flexible working
  • Support annual performance reviews, salary benchmarking, and PRP evaluations
  • Conduct inductions and exit interviews, ensuring a seamless employee experience
  • Support office facilities and health & safety responsibilities
  • You will play a key role in driving HR operations and contributing to strategic people initiatives.
What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, commercially focused HR environment within Professional Services
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge across recruitment, ER, and training
  • Experience conducting structured interviews
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling sensitive information
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with HRIS systems (Workday experience advantageous)
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
