Interim HR Consultant - Redundancies (UK & International)3-6 months | Day rate contract or FTC | Immediate start
Location: Remote, with occasional travel if required)
We're looking for an experienced Interim HR Consultant to support a complex redundancy programme across both the UK and international markets.
In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with line managers and local legal teams to guide and execute restructuring processes with professionalism, clarity, and care.
Key responsibilities:-
Lead and support redundancy consultations across multiple countries

Advise and coach line managers on process, risk, and communication

Liaise with local employment lawyers to ensure compliance in each jurisdiction

Support the implementation of redundancy plans, including documentation and timelines

Provide insight and calm guidance through sensitive change

Proven track record managing UK and international redundancies

Strong working knowledge of employment law and restructuring best practice

Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders quickly

Calm under pressure, with excellent judgement and discretion

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to hit the ground running
