Interim HR Consultant - Redundancies (UK & International)3-6 months | Day rate contract or FTC | Immediate start

Location: Remote, with occasional travel if required)

We're looking for an experienced Interim HR Consultant to support a complex redundancy programme across both the UK and international markets.

In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with line managers and local legal teams to guide and execute restructuring processes with professionalism, clarity, and care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and support redundancy consultations across multiple countries

  • Advise and coach line managers on process, risk, and communication

  • Liaise with local employment lawyers to ensure compliance in each jurisdiction

  • Support the implementation of redundancy plans, including documentation and timelines

  • Provide insight and calm guidance through sensitive change

What we're looking for:
  • Proven track record managing UK and international redundancies

  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and restructuring best practice

  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders quickly

  • Calm under pressure, with excellent judgement and discretion

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to hit the ground running
