We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Specialist to provide day-to-day support during the implementation of the Workday system. This role is central to ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation, supporting users, and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain training documentation and user guides.
- Deliver training and provide support on Workday functionality.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
- Identify and correct data gaps or discrepancies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating where necessary.
- Attend project meetings and raise support tickets/change requests.
- Carry out other tasks as required to support the Workday rollout.
- Uphold company values and comply with conduct rules.
- Travel to other offices as needed.

- Proven Workday HRIS implementation experience - essential
- Strong HR knowledge and practical experience.
- Confident, assertive and able to influence decisions.
- Proactive with the initiative to shape new projects.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Effective communicator across all levels.
- Results-driven, organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
