A global creative leader in advertising and communications is looking for a passionate People Advisor to join their Employee Experience team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

People Advisor - 12-Month FTC?? London (Hybrid - 2 days/week + 1 Friday/month)

Working across both the advertising and specialist space, you'll navigate a complex, matrixed organisation, delivering proactive, people-first support to employees and leaders alike. If you're an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations skills and a flair for enabling great workplace culture, this is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a go-to partner for HR advice, ER matters, and performance management

  • Lead on on-boarding, flexible working, visa, and maternity processes

  • Champion inclusivity, diversity and engagement initiatives

  • Support managers in talent development, feedback, and coaching

  • Analyse people data for leadership reporting

  • Continually review and improve employee experience and HR processes

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven HR Advisor/Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident in handling employee relations, performance, and talent issues

  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practice

  • Empathetic communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
