- HR Business Partnering: Be a trusted advisor to managers, providing first-line HR guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, and employee-related matters. Escalate key issues to the HR Business Partner as required.
- HR Administration and Compliance: Partner with internal HR teams to ensure seamless completion of all employee lifecycle transactions. Manage the end-to-end process for employee leaves and prepare HR documentation as required. Regularly review internal processes and documents to ensure compliance (e.g., inductions, org charts).
- HR Data & Reporting: Generating and analysing HR reports including headcount, attrition and diversity metrics. Maintaining accurate and real-time HR records relating to employee changes.Liaising with Global HR teams on information and data in readiness for annual cyclical processes.Ensure data integrity within HR systems, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
