Join our client, a dedicated Not for Profit organisation as a Talent Acquisition Partner on a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the recruitment strategy, championing diversity, and promoting their employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with the organisational strategy.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their business needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, nurturing talent pools.
- Develop inclusive job adverts to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Champion the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing training and support for hiring managers.
- Manage recruitment budgets effectively to ensure value for money.
- Promote the employer brand and develop the employee value proposition.
- Embed organisational values into recruitment practises, ensuring an inclusive process.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to measure recruitment success and drive improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working in a talent acquisition role within a similar environment.
- A great understanding of and previous experience of using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop influential working relationships across all levels within the organisation including senior leadership team.
- Ability to understand complex business areas and role requirements.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with branding and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven with a history of meeting recruitment goals.
