Talent Acquisition Partner

Join our client, a dedicated Not for Profit organisation as a Talent Acquisition Partner on a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the recruitment strategy, championing diversity, and promoting their employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with the organisational strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their business needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, nurturing talent pools.
  • Develop inclusive job adverts to attract a diverse range of candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Champion the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing training and support for hiring managers.
  • Manage recruitment budgets effectively to ensure value for money.
  • Promote the employer brand and develop the employee value proposition.
  • Embed organisational values into recruitment practises, ensuring an inclusive process.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to measure recruitment success and drive improvements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working in a talent acquisition role within a similar environment.
  • A great understanding of and previous experience of using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop influential working relationships across all levels within the organisation including senior leadership team.
  • Ability to understand complex business areas and role requirements.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with branding and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Target-driven with a history of meeting recruitment goals.
