TECHNICAL SURVEYOR

You will be working as a Technical Surveyor with an RP in London who are looking for someone to help deal with their issues surrounding complaints, damp and mould, voids and minor disrepairs.
This will be for a minimum 3-6 months, which will look to be extended if everyone is happy.
You will be on an hourly rate of 36 - 40 per hour, which is competitive.

TECHNICAL SURVEYOR ROLE BASICS:

Conduct property surveys to assess condition, identify defects, and recommend solutions.
Prepare specifications, tender documents, and cost estimates for maintenance and repair works.
Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed to required standards.
Provide technical support for planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of surveys, works, and inspections.

TECHNICAL SURVEYOR APPLICANT ESSENTIALS

Level 4 VRQ Certificate in Managing Damp, Mould, and Customer Care in Housing or suitable alternative professional qualification or commensurate experience.
Experience of undertaking assessments in line with the Housing Health & Safety Rating System.
Carry out inspections to resolved building defects, assigning contractors and managing the works.
Understanding of responsive repairs, voids work, planned and cyclical repairs requirements.
