My client, an IT Reseller, is seeking an Account Manager/Account Director for a permanent position.
The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, engaging with decision-makers, and selling across various IT sectors including Cloud and Security.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in VAR/MSP sales and be familiar with selling to accounts with over 300 users.
The position offers uncapped commission, private healthcare, career progression, and a hybrid work model.
Applicants must reside within an hour's commute of London and thrive in a high-achieving team environment.

My Client who are in the IT Reseller space, are looking for an Account Manager/Account Director to join them on a permanent basis.

In this role you will:

Own the full sales cycle - from landing new logos to growing long-term client relationships
Sell consultatively across Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Services
Engage with decision makers and business stakeholders
Uncapped commission, private health care, career progression, and a hybrid work model

If you:

Have 3+ years in VAR/MSP sales (maybe from a bigger re seller and want bit more autonomy / less corporate / red tape)
Are used to selling a range of services / products to 300 user plus accounts.
Live within an hours commute of London
High achieving team so need to be able to "swim not sink" in that environment
