We have a new opportunity for a BMS Account Manager based in the London area.
Our client is an established, medium-sized company that specialises in BMS systems, with most of their work focused within London.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients discussing issues, managing accounts, and identifying potential improvements. The client is open to candidates who have prior experience as Account Managers within the industry, as well as those from a BMS technical background looking to move into a more client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities
- To oversee several key accounts, providing attention and solutions that are tailored to meet the client’s needs.
- To design and maintain risk management trackers for clients, enabling the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
- To schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss ongoing contracts, as well as exploring new opportunities.
- To gain a good understanding of the clients objectives for their contracts and buildings
- To develop and strengthen relationships with key decision makers to foster long-term partnerships.
