Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Developers on end-to-end eCommerce website builds
  • Gather and refine business and technical requirements from clients
  • Translate client briefs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint demos
  • Lead workshops and provide practical, scalable solutions
  • Advise clients on best practices across eCommerce features, user experience, and integrations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an eCommerce or digital agency environment
  • Experience with platforms such as Magento 2, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar
  • Understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and hands-on experience with tools like Postman
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Proficient communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel)
