My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who urgently seek a Digital Business Analyst to drive innovation and efficiency by aligning business needs with digital solutions. You'll play a key role in transforming workflows, enhancing data integrity, and supporting enterprise technology initiatives-especially around BIM and CDE platforms.Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst specialising in Digital Transformation projects
- Ability to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements for digital platforms.
- Map and improve workflows, particularly those involving Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Common Data Environments (CDE), helping to identify inefficiencies and recommend smarter ways of working.
- Proven experience collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and technical teams to align project goals.
- Ensure data integrity through version control, standards enforcement, and UAT support.
- Work with IT and BIM/CDE specialists to validate solutions and support user training and adoption.
- Knowledge of tools like Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with enterprise software rollouts
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Background in the Construction/Energy sector
