Insurance Cloud experience essential
Ideal Profile:

Experience as a Salesforce Solution or Technical Architect

Strong expertise in Salesforce Insurance Cloud data models

Ability to lead end-to-end design across business processes, integrations, and security models

Deep understanding of sales, claims, and policy servicing processes in insurance
-
Skilled in multi-cloud architecture patterns (if delivery expands)
Nice to have:

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect

Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant

Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional

Previous Big 4 or Tier 1 consultancy project delivery experience

Experience working with major insurers (London Market knowledge ideal)
