A leading global insurance and reinsurance company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their London-based office within their IT Business Solutions team. The client is currently delivering a major transformation programme and requires someone to lead and support a system migration within an Agile environment.
Job Details:
Start date - ASAP
Duration - until June 2026 (with possibility to extend)
Rate - 600-650 Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Location - London
Hybrid Working
Key requirements:
- 7+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst supporting agile delivery and requirements.
- Experience with system developments, data analytics, and data transformation.
- Familiarity with Agile projects and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrable experience using use cases, UML, and user stories.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Insurance industry knowledge and experience is desirable.
