Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and automation within Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
