In their UK operations the company focuses on energy efficiency and the decarbonisation of heat.
This is a senior level position within the organisation, with the direct responsibility for a multi-functional team. You will come into the business with a pre-existing pipeline of work to manage, maintain and grow. Working closely with an experienced team, you will provide tailored solutions in the decarbonisation of heat, heating networks and other low carbon technology to align with the public and private sector clients sustainability goals.

*Manage and mentor multi-functional team of BDMs, Junior and back office staff

The Person:
*Proven success in a sales/account management role
*Ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders
*Experience bid writing and high quality written experience
*Verbal, written and numerical skills
*Experience in Energy Efficiency/M&E/Public/Private Sector/Decarbonisation
