Role Overview:
Bramah Recruitment are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a fantastic IT team for one of our clients based in West London. As an Entry-Level IT Support Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the technology environment, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and helping ensure all systems run smoothly across the organisation both internally and for our client users.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to IT support requests, troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems when needed.
  • Maintain IT Equipment & Systems: Help track and organize company devices (e.g., laptops, phones), assist with software installations, and ensure everything is properly set up for users.
  • Support Budget Tracking: Assist in organising IT expense records and contribute to keeping financial information up to date and accurate.
  • Update IT Documentation: Help create and maintain user guides, how-to documents, and internal IT policies to support team knowledge and onboarding.
  • Contribute to Automation Projects: Participate in small projects aimed at improving efficiency by using tools to automate routine IT tasks.
  • Assist with Software Projects: Support basic aspects of software development projects, such as gathering feedback, helping users adopt new tools, and contributing to testing and training. 

Skills: 
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar first line support role.
  • Foundational knowledge of computing systems and networking.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office. 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and be able to manage stakeholder relationships. 
  • Previous tech troubleshooting experience. 
  • Ability to work independently using initiative to problem solve effectively.
