About the Role
As our Technical Architect, youll work closely with project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that drive performance, scalability, and financial value. Youll play a key role in creating and delivering our technical strategy, ensuring governance, security, and best practices are embedded into everything we do.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-onideal for a tech leader whos as comfortable designing cloud infrastructure as they are getting into the weeds when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-wide IT solutions aligned with business goals.
- Lead on the creation of technical strategy and architecture documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and performance of systems and applications.
- Support the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-based platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of IT and Cyber Security Manager to establish strong IT governance.
- Maintain a hands-on approach due to the dynamic nature of the business and size of the team.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar senior technical role
- Strong infrastructure background and a deep understanding of cloud-first architecture
- Experience designing and implementing technical solutions across multiple domains
- Skilled at translating business needs into scalable and secure technical designs
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset with a strong eye for detail
