Duties:

Defines the principles of IT Governance and IT Risk manager
Supports the deployment of these principles by all group entities
Organises, advised and coordinates the groups IT Governance Committees
Coordinates IT Governance-related activities

Activities

Drafting IT Governance procedures and supporting their deployment
Organisation and preparation of the IT Governance committees
Coordination of the community of people involved in IT Governance
