My client is a London-based Insurer who urgently require an IT Programme Manager with proven Insurance / Financial Services industry experience with a strong background in Application Integration Projects / Programmes to join a business critical Programme of complex Application Integrations ASAP.
Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in IT Programme Management and Project Management within the Insurance / Financial Services industry
- Demonstrable experience of working on Application Integration Projects and Programmes
- Strong leadership skills, and a drive and passion to lead from the front
- Keenness to drive dependencies, risks and issues
- Experience of managing 3rd parties / vendors
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall ways of working
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working
Nice to have:
- A wealth of Insurance industry experience (ideally London Market)
- Good understanding of Integration Policy Admin Systems
- Awareness of Underwriting Workbench
- Immediate availability
