We are currently looking for a temp Administrator with Customer Service duties to support a Training Centre based in Central London. This is a hybrid role paying £13 hour and will end in October.

Assisting with login and password resets
Keeping track of enquires
Responding to customer emails and online chat
Updating customer records
Handling service issues
Acting as the first point of contact for many customers
Speaking to internal teams
Ad hoc Admin duties
