2nd Line Support Engineer - £225 - £300 per day Inside IR35 - LondonRate: Up to £300 per dayDuration: 6 months + ExtIR35: InsideLocation: Central London - Hybrid (2 days in the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm A client of ours based in central London are looking to hire for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will act as an escalation point for the 1st Line team as well as get involved in a handful of projects including migrations, deployments, rollouts and upgrades.
Essential skills - 2nd Line Support Engineer
- Azure Active Directory - Managing policies, account management
- MS 365 - Using admin centre to troubleshoot issues within the suite
- Intune -Understanding/ creating policies, general understanding and configure policies
- Windows Server - Basic administration of Windows Server, monitoring VMs
- Networking - Troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, Routers
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Keen to learn and be a team player
Desirable - 2nd Line Support Engineer
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- MS Certifications - Azure/M365
- ITIL / Prince2
