They are seeking a dynamic, technically minded Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist to support the growing demand for innovative home energy storage systems.

What You'll Do• Be the first line of support for customers and installers during installation, operation, and maintenance.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by analysing system data and following established processes.• Deploy software updates and provide real-world performance feedback to the technical team.• Collaborate on enhancements to customer and installer portals.• Ensure timely communication and clear follow-ups across the team.

What You’ll Bring• Proven experience in customer service or tech support, ideally in a technical or electrical setting.• Strong interest in tech and clean energy, with a quick grasp of new systems.• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or electronics is advantageous.• Methodical and process-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.• Bonus: Familiarity with Linux, Raspberry Pi, Python, or shell scripting.
