Currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator for a position based in Islington
Must have Helpdesk experience (1 year minimum) within Hard FM
This is a centralised helpdesk, supporting multiple contracts.
The Helpdesk Administrator will take calls and emails from clients, delegating to the appropriate engineer / sub contractor to carry out the task
Correctly assigning tasks to engineering teams, including weekly and month PPM's but also assigning urgent reactive maintenance tasks
Supporting the Helpdesk Manager with raising, closing and chasing down PO's, invoices and payments
Must have an understanding of Building Maintenance - ideally knowledge of SFG20
Lovely established and supportive team with room to grow as they do
Monday to Friday, office based.
