A thriving company are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The Helpdesk Administrator role involves acting as first point of call via telephone or email, accurately updating the in-house database system and processing invoices.

  • Salary: £27,000
  • 9am - 5.30pm
  • Office based

Helpdesk Administrator responsibilities:

  • Provide reactive maintenance helpdesk service to clients across the UK
  • Provide administrative support across a range of client facing tasks
  • Raise and issue out reactive calls received via email and telephone
  • Issue works and purchase orders out to engineers and sub-contractors
  • Chase for relevant works updates and relay to clients accordingly
  • Update internal and external client systems with relevant notes and job status updates
  • Produce reports as and when required
  • Manage own pool of brands
  • Process contractor invoices

Helpdesk Administrator competencies:

  • Previous experience/exposure to the facilities maintenance industry
  • Previous experience within a high pressure environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (especially Word and Excel)
