About the role -Pastoral Support Manager

I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school who are looking to appoint aPastoral Support Manager to start asap or September 2025.The school are looking for someone who can work with vulnerable students and support them when necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for the wellbeing of students in Year 13, where they will be dealing with sensitive situations and managing behaviour accordingly. The right candidate will join the school on a full-time, long term basis starting as soon as possible.
