Our banking client is looking to hire an experience Deskside Support/Service Desk Analyst - financial services experience preferred.
Desktop Support/Service Desk Support Analyst role providing IT 1st and 2nd line support to users based in our customer London (City) based office.
Excellent customer service skills and ability so engage with VIPs essential.
Please note, this is a PAYE engagement: all employer, employee tax and NI will be deducted from the rate.
General skills and responsibilities:
- Win 11 installation and support
- O365 support
- Citrix
- 1st line and 2nd Line Technical support.
- Hardware support, Laptops, hand-held devices etc.
- Updating the Asset management inventory
- Experience working in an ITIL environment
- Active directory
- VIP Support
- Supporting meeting rooms and meeting room tech.
- Intune
