Our client are a successful and continually expanding MSP who support a in excess of 350 clients across a variety of sectors within the UK. They have specialised for over 23 years' in Cloud, Infrastructure and security.

They are currently looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to add to their existing dynamic support engineers on their service desk.

1st Line Service Desk Analyst with MSP experience

  • Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience with the Autotask ticketing system (a strong advantage)
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Basic networking fundamentals
  • Prior experience in an MSP environment is essential
  • Experience working on a busy service desk
  • Client site visits when required
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

***Hybrid working (3 days onsite/2 days remote) following successful completion of 3 months induction/probation period.
