About the RoleYou’ll provide front-line IT support across the organisation, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid role based in London, with occasional travel to regional offices and a chance to contribute to IT transformation projects as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the help desk function, responding to support requests and incidents

Perform scheduled maintenance and ad hoc tasks

Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications

Provide hardware support - laptops, mobile devices, printers, switches, routers

Handle joiner, mover, leaver processes

Maintain tidy and well-stocked IT areas (e.g., build room, server rooms)

Support project work, including acquisition integrations

Assist with Azure, network and domain administration

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset

Organised, with good time management and flexibility in task management

Willing to travel to regional offices as needed

Windows Server 2016+ and desktop administration

Microsoft 365 and Citrix experience

Experience with networking (LAN/WAN), endpoint protection, and security gateways

Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and Zoom Phone systems is a plus

Basic understanding of the insurance industry is desirable

Qualifications such as Microsoft Desktop/Server, CompTIA A+, or ITIL are advantageous
