About the Role

You’ll provide front-line IT support across the organisation, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid role based in London, with occasional travel to regional offices and a chance to contribute to IT transformation projects as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the help desk function, responding to support requests and incidents

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and ad hoc tasks

  • Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications

  • Provide hardware support - laptops, mobile devices, printers, switches, routers

  • Handle joiner, mover, leaver processes

  • Maintain tidy and well-stocked IT areas (e.g., build room, server rooms)

  • Support project work, including acquisition integrations

  • Assist with Azure, network and domain administration

What We’re Looking For
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset

  • Organised, with good time management and flexibility in task management

  • Willing to travel to regional offices as needed

Technical Skills & Experience
  • Windows Server 2016+ and desktop administration

  • Microsoft 365 and Citrix experience

  • Experience with networking (LAN/WAN), endpoint protection, and security gateways

  • Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and Zoom Phone systems is a plus

  • Basic understanding of the insurance industry is desirable

  • Qualifications such as Microsoft Desktop/Server, CompTIA A+, or ITIL are advantageous
