- Conducting site visits and surveys across the southern region, providing on-site customer support and assisting area sales teams as needed.
- Investigating and resolving technical issues, developing practical product solutions based on feedback from customers and internal teams.
- Supporting training sessions and trade events, demonstrating systems and methods to contractors, enhancing product knowledge and engagement.
- Managing product complaints professionally and promptly, escalating valid issues with complete documentation to relevant management teams.
- Maintaining high health and safety standards, ensuring compliance and training, while supporting adherence to integrated quality management systems.
- Previous experience in a customer facing technical role
- Strong knowledge of H&S
