- 3 + years' experience working as an IT Support Engineer in an ITIL environment
- Good experience with Windows 11
- Good experience of Active Directory.
- AV Support experience
- Good understanding of basic networking, TCPIP,DNS, DHCP etc.
- Experience with ServiceNow would be advantageous
- Experience with the following would be great: Office 365, SCCM, Citrix, Nexthink
