Data Governance Expert - Global FMCG Company - ContractCentral London | Hybrid Working Model
Our client, a global FMCG company, is seeking a Data Governance Expert to support a strategic transformation initiative within their Central London office (hybrid model).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the roll-out of data governance and dictionary standards using SAP Information Steward
- Advise senior leadership on data governance frameworks and best practices
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
- Shape and influence data architecture and governance strategy across the enterprise
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business advisory and data architecture strategy (not a hands-on technical role)
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), minimum standards, and data dictionary frameworks
- Ability to bridge the gap between data and business needs, aligning governance with commercial objectives
- Experience with Microsoft Purview is highly advantageous
