- Identify and document HR and Finance data sources globally
- Map data to ERP requirements and support initial quality assessments
- Define cleansing and transformation needs in collaboration with SMEs
- Provide key inputs into the project plan, timelines, risks, and resource needs
- Partner with System Integrators and internal stakeholders to validate assumptions
- Proven experience as Data Lead on large-scale ERP programmes, ideally SAP
- Strong background in data mapping, cleansing, and stakeholder engagement
- Hands-on experience with multi-country, non-ERP system landscapes
- Clear understanding of HR and Finance data in enterprise settings
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse global stakeholders
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and audit requirements
