We are seeking a School Data Manager to oversee, organise, and manage data across a busy educational setting in Notting Hill. This role involves maintaining and developing the school's management information systems, producing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.

? Key Responsibilities:

  • ?? Manage and maintain the school's MIS (iSAMS or similar).

  • ?? Support with admissions, assessment, pastoral, and academic data reporting.

  • ?? Produce accurate reports and analysis to support decision-making.

  • ?? Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.

  • ?? Provide technical support to staff on data systems and reporting tools.

  • �? Assist with school systems such as VLE, online parent consultation tools, and census reporting.

? Essential Requirements:

  • �? Honours degree or higher in a relevant subject.

  • ?? Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children.

  • ??? Experience using a school MIS (preferably iSAMS).

  • ?? Excellent statistical and analytical skills.

  • ?? Strong knowledge of software for analysing and presenting data.

  • ??? Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical colleagues.

  • ?? High attention to detail and accuracy when compiling reports.

  • ?? Enthusiasm and a positive outlook.

  • ?? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
