Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex Data Centre projects for global corporations. You will manage multiple sites, ensuring high-tech engineering solutions are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and KPIs across multiple sites.
- Enforce EHS standards and permit-to-work systems.
- Act as the primary lead for client relations and technical escalations.
- Empower site teams, manage subcontractor performance, and lead rigorous project audits.
- Plan procurement and ensure engineering specifications meet strict deadlines.
Senior Project Manager Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of managing large construction projects as a General Contractor.
- Thorough knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical packages
- Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.
- PM certification or a relevant trade background.
- Strong vendor management, risk assessment, and technical communication.
