Description
- This is a mixed role of hands on coding and leading the development team of 6 (60-70% leading - the rest hands on coding)
- Helping lead various integrations within the business
- Collaborating with other departments to define project objectives and establish project plans.
- Implementing best practices in coding and software design within the team.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Reviewing and approving code changes made by the team.
- Working closely with the technology department to ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Constantly improving team processes to optimise productivity.
- Participating in recruitment activities to hire top talent for the team.
Profile
Must haves:
- C#
- .NET Core
- Integration experience
- Team Lead/ management experience
- Experience in recruitment, Agile, training, roadmapping, architecture, strategy etc
Nice to haves:
