Broking Project Manager - OpenTwins - Hybrid

Our client, a leading in the Broking sector, are recruiting for a Project Manager to join them on an OpenTwins implementation.

They are looking for a candidate with experience with OpenTwins.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams within large-scale, global software delivery projects.
  • Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking.
  • Experience working with Trace / OpenTwins reinsurance broking platform.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
  • Proven capability in the management of detailed project plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity.
  • Proven leadership and ability to work well in a team environment, including meeting facilitation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal; collaborating with stakeholders with high expectations.
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
  • Effective problem solving skills based on clear reasoning and sound rationale, coupled with excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Tactful, diplomatic and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work pro-actively, under pressure and independently with minimal direction.
  • Commutable to London and happy to travel if required.
