Job Advert: Technology Project Manager Our client, a forward-thinking and globally connected staffing & consulting organization is seeking a proactive and experienced Technology Project Manager to join their global team based in London. This mid-level role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects from initiation through to delivery, working at the heart of a collaborative and fast-paced technology environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects-ranging from infrastructure upgrades to office moves-and will be confident in gathering requirements, overseeing testing, and delivering robust technology solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic oversight and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technology project lifecycles, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
- Lead testing phases to ensure solutions meet functional and quality standards
- Serve as a key point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Take full ownership of project scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions
- Provide clear, concise updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of proven experience managing IT and technology-focused projects
- Strong background in infrastructure projects and office relocations
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solver with a detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Planner
- Business Analysis skills or certification in requirement gathering
- Highly resourceful, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
- Background in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
