Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 10+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Total Mobile Connect, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance Housing Repairs through effective IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT programs with business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful program outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT program implementations.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in managing IT programs with a focus on Total Mobile Connect.
  • Strong background in business processes related to Housing Repairs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with 1-2 days in the office per week.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
